i don't understand why some people are against this feature. i've been using a mac for a year now, i love almost everything about it, and so much is superior to the way windows does things.. but not file management. put the tree view in, those who want it will use it, those who don't know what they're missing, won't. simple. it doesn't hurt anyone to have an extra optional feature, it would help a whole lot of people though.

if you implement this feature i will also buy pathfinder, in fact if you advertised it you'd probably get a TON of sales from windows converts. the fact is a tree structure is not a windows only thing, i have used adobe bridge, adobe lightroom, and aperture and they all have a tree structure folder view. please make this happen, it is a no brainer.
