as an ex-windows user, i used a lot xplorer2 (windows explorer replacement, yeah, windows explorer sucks too!! ;)) which has those "queued-move", "queued-copy", pause while copying or moving, "silent/undisrupted" move or copy.. Now i can't live without those features!

as a programmer, having to jump around a huge number of folders & files, folders-only tree on the left panel is a huge time (and hand pain ;) ) saver, definitely!!! ;)
