Writable FTP support will be a tremendous amount of work, but we’d love to add it to a future Path Finder upgrade.

We’d love to add full SVN features to Path Finder, but it’s a larger task than we’re currently able to handle.
There are a couple solid SVN clients for Mac:

I use Launch Bar, and that works for me in Finder but it doesn't seem to work in Path Finder?

I'd do this with an edit button on the path navigator bar, and a keyboard shortcut (I would use "Command-L" like a web browser and find another shortcut for creating aliases)
