scp support
currently I have to start cyberduck or forklift in order to scp-copy a file to another server. I like the forklift implementation, perhaps a good inspiration source? be sure to add public key support, or all the ppl who use amazon ec2 can't connect.

add an option to auto-mount selected shares
When I click on a server, I am given the option to select which share I want. This is all well and good except that when I choose it, I must select it AGAIN in order to actually begin browsing.
Just my opinion, but this is rather annoying especially when you have a dual-pane view and you're not sure if the same pane still has focus.
I'd like an option that would allow you to be working in a pane, click the computer, select a share and have it auto load into the last pane you were working in.

SSH Pathfidner GUI
I suggest that you create a function were you can ssh to a remote machine but use pathfinder as the GUI for browsing etc

get network I/O off the gui thread
Trying to mount an unreliable CIFS share in PathFinder is kind of a nightmare, because if the share goes down, the entire application will block for the duration of the timeout, which seems to be about 45 seconds. I really would like to see you get blocking network IO off the main gui thread so that this doesn't happen. The beachball of death is killing me!

Want to have AirDrop native within Pathfinder, Would be nice to have a transfer AirDrop percentage bar inside Pathfinder
Make PathFinder more Lion Aware, more iCloud aware, and network smarter to make collaboration more convenient. I also use DropBox, and would like iDisk and Dropbox Pathfinder support.

network path in search bar
Allow a network path to be put in the search bar so one can mount a remote drive simply w/o having to click on 'Connect'. Would be even sexier if it could auto-complete against smb and bonjour lists.

Autoconvert smb windows paths
SMB path references in a windows-dominated environments often come in windows format with backslashes '\' instead of slashes. It will be nice for Pathfinder to understand them without being edited in advance in "connect to server" or Command-Shift-G "Change directory".

E-mail Icon into PFText Edit
Dear friends, I've been using PF Text Edit. I do think that it needs an icon to send e-mail directly.
