We’ve provided the Dropbox team with a means of displaying icon badges in Path Finder. All other integration is up to them.

Make all Fonts Adjustable (incl find window)
Screens are getting higher density -- and text is getting smaller.
Allow ability to set ALL fonts (in all views) to larger size - like 15pt.
nice for menubar stuff too and the "settings" in the find dialog18 votes -
Give us the option to set the color of the path and status bar colours to grey, or other color.
Give us the option to set the color of the path and status bar colours to grey, or other color. The current bluish gradient just doesn't look right when in context with the rest of the app (which is grayish)... please give us the option to make it grey, with blue only in dual pane mode (to see which pane has focus), and let us set the gradient color. Thanks for a fantastic app!!

Partner with SugarSync.com to have sync status icons displayed as they are in Finder.
SugarSync.com is simply the best cloud syncing service available for the Mac, PC, and mobile devices. Once folders are set up to sync via SugarSync to the cloud, syncing is completely automatic. Folders that are synced, are displayed in the Mac OSX Finder using specific status icons. Please look into working with SugarSync to display these icons as they work perfectly in Finder.

Tabs Need Icons
The sidebar has colored icons, but the tabs dont have icons at all. Tabs desperately need icons!
Here are 2 options for giving tab icons:
1) The tab shows the actual icon of the viewed folder.
2) The tab shows the icon of the closest folder in current hierarchy which has a custom icon.
⁃ This means there will be no "standard folder" icons, only custom folder icons. This will help to know what "subfolder" you are under for quicker reference (since standard folders all look the same). The point is quick-glance working.Would be great if you could not… more

re-add the ability to turn off font smoothing or anti-aliasing like PF5
It can be difficult to read 9pt font that is smoothed. (Both in file lists and on Desktop)

Merge all Windows
Implement feature to merge all windows into a single tabbed window, just like in Safari (Window:Merge All Windows). Often I've got a dozen windows open and 3-4 are PF windows looking at different folders. Expose fails in this case as all PF windows look alike.

Tab sets in favorites bar
Tab sets appear to be very useful and powerful. Unfortunately, you need to explicitly open at least one tab in order to get the menu where you can open a tab set. I would love to have an item in the favorites bar (or in the toolbar) where I can directly access my the Tab sets.

Apply view option settings to the current folder by default
Setting folder options (view options) like icon sizes by default applies to all folders, which is rather useless. I'd like to adjust it on a per folder bases *without* constantly switch the scope toggle. Also make it work for a folder tree (like setting big icons for a tree of movie folders, but smaller ones for documents).

Improving alphabetical sort
If you have two files, i.g. "test.pdf" and "test (1).pdf", it's sorted like this:
test (1).pdf
test.pdfIf you mask the suffix, it's sorted the other way:
test
test (1)so the sort algorithm should only consider the suffix if the filenames are equal.

Put back the colors for the toolbar icons for info and for delete
When I upgraded to 6.0.0 my toolbar lost the info and the delete icons. and when I put them back I discovered that they were black rather than blue and red, respectively. They should either go back to the colors they had or there should be a way for the user to change the colors.
In the past when I saw the blue dot with a white italic 'i' in it's center I knew that it was the 'info' button and when I saw the red circle-and-backslash symbol I intuitively knew that it meant 'delete'. (Anyone who drives automatically knows… more

change the icon for Path Finder 6 (3d globe icon)
Trivial, I'm afraid, but I'm afraid I really DON'T like the new '3d globe icon' introduced in Path Finder 6.0.1. Sorry :-(

Make Progress popup window more like Safari 5 download manager
This way, it looks more Lion-like.
Would be easier to understand in picture (http://dribbble.com/system/users/42098/screenshots/260499/safari_v5.1_osx_lion__download_manager.jpg?1315490157)

Make the icons for screen and disk sharing distinguishable
I'm always clicking on the wrong one! Maybe the old fashioned storage icon from the flowchart template.

Separate status lines for dual pane view
The status line shows relevant info for the currently active pane in the dual pane view mode. It would be cool if the status line were split and each pane's info was shown at the same time.

Use same DEFAULT fonts as Finder
For novices, having the same size and typeface as Finder can be a psychological comfort or boost. I know it sounds silly, but just having a different font to contend with can make the learning curve higher. More advanced users can or will alter the fonts according to their preference. Novices can have a heck of a time figuring out that you do this under "View" rather than "Preferences"!

Add Automatic Adjustment of Icon Sizes in Icon View
I have a feature request: One thing that Leap from Ironic does well is how it automatically readjusts the sizes of the icons in icon view. In Leap this is standard however this is preferably an option. This
would be a great addition to pathfinders icon view.4 votes -
